If we ship the wrong product to you, send us a photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered and we will replace or refund any such items at no additional cost. If there are missing items in an order please tell us the items that are missing and we will send the missing item.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, Please send us a photo showing how the product Damaged or Defective. so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will resend the package to the customer again after the customer verify the correct address and The customer pays the shipping cost
JorJune will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect Shipping Address.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on
- Returns will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed but the customer will pay for exchange and shipping fee.
- We don't accept Returns for personal reasons of customer, EX. Don't like a product, Order for a friend or family but they don't like it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
